At Christmas Decor Shop, we want your holiday decorating experience to be as magical as the season itself. While we carefully pack each Christmas ornament and Halloween decoration with the utmost care, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of your receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Included with all original tags and accessories
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Halloween Candy Bowls (if used)
  • Halloween Candles & Candle Holders (if used)
  • Opened or used Christmas Novelties
  • Collectibles that have been removed from original packaging

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship to our Denver address
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable Christmas collectibles and decorations.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Christmas lights, Christmas trees, or other decorations arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
